FAQ
Questions people ask before getting started.
If yours isn't here, message me and I'll answer it straight.
No. Hair salons and beauty businesses are my speciality and where most of my experience sits, but I build websites for all kinds of small businesses — construction, trades, food, services and more.
Medway, Kent, in the United Kingdom.
Yes. I work with businesses across the UK, particularly England. Everything can be handled remotely by message, call or video, so location is not an issue.
It depends on the website and what it needs to do. I currently have two straightforward introductory options — £119 total (£60 upfront, £59 once finalised) or £189 total with nothing to pay upfront. Larger or more complex projects are quoted individually.
No. On the £119 option, half is paid upfront and the rest once the website is finalised. On the £189 option there is no upfront payment at all.
I accept PayPal and bank transfer. You can pay in two instalments on the £119 option (half upfront, half on completion) or the full amount once the website is finalised on the £189 option.

Yes. Message me with what needs changing — new photos, new services, updated prices — and I will handle it.
There are no compulsory monthly website fees. Ongoing updates are available when you want them rather than billed automatically. Any third-party costs, like your domain, are paid directly by you to that provider.
It depends on the size of the site and how quickly content and feedback come back. Most small business websites move quickly — I will give you a realistic timeframe when we talk about the project.
Yes. Redesigns are a big part of what I do, whether the current site is dated, hard to use on a phone or simply no longer reflects the business.
Yes — most of my clients are not technical at all. You do not need to understand any of the technical side. You describe your business, I handle the rest and explain things in plain language.
Yes. If you have a physical location, a map can be embedded so customers can find you easily.
Yes. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp can all be linked from the website, which matters a lot for salon and beauty businesses.
Yes. If you are not sure what to write, I can help shape the wording based on what your business actually does. Good photos of your own work always help.
Message me on WhatsApp or use the contact form and tell me a little about your business. I will reply with what I would suggest and what it would involve.
Still deciding? That's fine.
Plenty of clients message me with questions weeks before they're ready to start. I'd rather answer them properly than rush you.
