How working with me actually works.
Seven straightforward steps. Scope and payment timing are agreed before work begins, and you review the website before final approval.
Step 01
Initial contact
You message me and tell me about your business — what you do, who your customers are and what you want the website to achieve. No forms to fill in for hours, just a conversation.
Step 02
Website concept
I design a custom website concept built around your business. Not a template — a real design based on your services, your work and the kind of customer you want to attract.
Step 03
Walkthrough
I send you a walkthrough or video of the website so you can see exactly what has been built. Standard clients pay nothing until they have previewed and approved it; Introductory clients preview it before the final £99 is due.
Step 04
Feedback & changes
Changes within the agreed scope before final approval are included. Advanced, complex or time-consuming Introductory requests may require a revised price, approved before work. Standard in-scope work stays fixed at £249; new features or substantial out-of-scope work need an approved quote.
Step 05
Finalisation
The website is refined, checked on phones and desktops, images optimised and everything prepared for launch.
Step 06
Launch
The website goes live on its provided web address. Introductory clients can optionally purchase and renew their own domain. Standard includes an agreed suitable domain and renewals while the agreed arrangement continues. Before purchase, we confirm access and handover: Introductory platform access is not automatic; Standard access and transfer depend on platform capabilities and terms.
Step 07
Ongoing support
Both packages have no compulsory monthly website management fees. Standard includes my ongoing management, hosting, maintenance, routine updates and reasonable content changes. Introductory changes after approval are charged with prior agreement. Any excluded external costs or substantial out-of-scope work are explained and approved first.
You see it first
You get a walkthrough of the real website at the agreed review stage before final approval. Payment timing is confirmed before work begins.
No jargon
Everything gets explained in plain English. You don't need to know anything technical.
No monthly management fees
Both packages have no compulsory monthly website management fees. Standard includes routine updates and reasonable content changes; Introductory post-approval changes are quoted and approved first.
