Two packages. The same high standard of design.

Changes before final approval are included within the agreed scope. A particularly advanced, complex or time-consuming request before finalisation may require a revised final price. I explain the additional cost and obtain your approval before doing that work. After the website is finalised and approved, additional client-requested changes incur extra charges, quoted and agreed first.

You receive your completed live website and its provided free web address. A custom domain is optional: if you want one, you purchase it and pay its renewals, including after the initial one-year plan expires where applicable. I explain the connection arrangements before purchase. Advertising funded by me is not included.

Full ownership, editing access and project access through the design platform are not automatically included. Before you purchase, we agree what access, launch and handover you receive, how changes are requested, and any ownership or transfer arrangements. This does not claim ownership of content you supply or remove your existing rights to that content; website, platform and third-party rights are explained separately.

I manage, host and maintain your website myself with no recurring website management fee. Routine website updates and reasonable content changes after launch are included at no extra charge. This is not unlimited redevelopment: new features or substantial work outside the agreed scope need a separate quote and your approval.

I purchase and connect a suitable custom domain within our agreed domain budget, subject to availability and any necessary approval. I pay renewal costs after the initial one-year plan while you continue with the agreed Standard Package arrangement. This covers the agreed domain and renewals, not every premium domain or unrelated service. We confirm the domain account, access and ongoing responsibilities before you commit.

The £249 price stays fixed for the agreed scope, even if an included change takes longer than expected. Exceptional external costs, paid services or work outside that scope are disclosed and approved before they are incurred. Free management does not mean every third-party expense is free.

Where relevant and technically supported, setup can include detailed page titles and meta descriptions, search-friendly page structure, image alt text, sitemap and robots.txt configuration, canonical URLs, structured data/schema markup, local SEO foundations and Google Search Console setup. We agree the relevant features for your website, rather than promising every feature on every platform.

SEO strengthens your website’s foundations for visibility on Google and other search engines. First-page rankings, particular positions and traffic levels are not guaranteed: results depend on competition, your business, its content and search-engine decisions.

The package may include at least one Google advertising campaign in an agreed eligible month, funded by me. Eligibility begins no earlier than the month after you have paid me, as confirmed in your package terms. Advertising is conditional, not an automatic campaign every month or unlimited free advertising.

Before you commit, we record the eligible months, campaign duration, advertising budget, campaign setup/services covered, account arrangements and any eligibility conditions in writing. These limits are not preset on this page: only the agreed spend and services are covered, and campaigns depend on the agreed conditions and available budget. No campaign is promised for a month outside that agreement.

Advertising performance, clicks, enquiries, leads and sales cannot be guaranteed.

Before purchase, we confirm the appropriate project access, editing access and ownership or transfer arrangements the chosen platform actually supports, subject to its terms. At handover, I explain how you sign in, what you can edit or manage, what remains managed by me and any steps or platform requirements for transfer. We agree ongoing responsibilities and what happens if our management arrangement ends.

Platform access does not automatically transfer third-party accounts, subscriptions, domains or other services. We identify those separately and agree the account holders and permissions. Your existing rights to your supplied content remain distinct from platform access and any website ownership arrangement.

Where suitable, an AI receptionist can handle agreed enquiry tasks such as answering common questions, collecting contact details and passing enquiries to the business. An AI WhatsApp responder can reply to agreed common WhatsApp enquiries and pass on messages requiring your attention. One or both may be included; their channels, capabilities, limits and handoff to a person are confirmed with you before implementation. They are not a promise of unlimited automation or every possible customer task.

Relevant add-ons may include WhatsApp, Google Maps, Gmail or business email, Stripe payments, direct bank-transfer instructions, booking and enquiry forms, and other supported business tools. We include the setup relevant to your business, agreed before work begins and technically feasible on the chosen platform—not every possible integration.

Setup work is separate from external accounts and paid services. Required subscriptions, paid plans, transaction fees, usage charges and API costs are disclosed before you agree to use the feature. Paid third-party services are not described as free for life.
